<lj:music>The Great Salt Lake -- Band of Horsess</lj:music>

Yesterday was good, surprisingly. After getting up with a hangover, finding out I spazzed out online, and then preparing for really bad weather it turned out okay. Yes the snow was thick but there was no new accumulation and I didn't get stuck or anything and Huffer and the other minibots made sure that the roads were relatively passable. And the sun even came out later on. It made everything look so peaceful and beautiful and quiet and calm.

And there was no trouble. No seekers in sight. Or cassetticons. Not that we have seen much of them since the snows started coming down in December. I don't know how good their internal heaters are but I am sure the cold gives them more of a problem then us carbots. And they probably get stuck in the snow even if they were warm enough. Some of the snow pack is pretty deep and I can't imagine Rumble wearing snowshoes. XD

Smokescreen, even, was okay. He didn't bug me too much with his reports on his stock market investment strategies and broker complaints and other schemes and he actually asked me if I was okay.

I think I am okay.

Today I just have guard duty with Beachcomber so I can check my messages more often, being in the wifi range of Teletraan. Thank you for caring Alphonse, Grimlock, Mikaela, and anyone else reading this.

How embarrassing. When I got out of recharge I had an energon hangover that hurt. Bad. And Wheeljack told me how I offlined myself by the recroom trminal and he had to drag me back to my quarters to sleep it off. And I wrote a journal entry apparently. Oh wow. A bad one. A really bad one. But I can't erase it because then I won't see my words and I won't be able to change if I can't see my mistakes right in front of me. And thats a pretty big mistake, getting drunk on one of my first journal entries. And the whole world will see it too.

So I guess I should apologize. I am sorry world. I am sorry of making a fool of myself.

It doesn't normally happen. Sure, we all get a little energized once in a while but usually its on good terms. Like in a party after a overwhelming victory. Or Spike's birthday. But what I did last night... I think its this journal. Its making face certain things about myself that I have tried to store away in hard to open files.

Should I talk about it? Maybe. Definitely. But not now. I have a patrol shift out around Mt. St. Hillary today and the weather has been unseasonably cold recently so I have to put snow chains on my tires. And not only that, I am patroling with Smokesreen. Hes probably already made a bet on what exactly got me so wasted last night. And that 'Bot doesn't like to lose, even though hes got a good spark. But then, who likes to lose?

Oh, and Mr. Turtle? Since I was so wasted last night I didn't get to show Red Alert your plans on visiting. I will try and do that after my shift, barring any other unforseen events (read: 'Cons).
